About Tabaco College

A premier Catholic institution dedicated to truth, progressive scholarship, and responsive citizenship — forming globally competitive graduates since 1982.

A Temple of Learning Since 1982

Founded in 1982 by Atty. Antonio Z. Biglaen, MBEcon, Ed.D., DBA, Tabaco College has grown into one of Bicol's premier institutions of higher learning. Under the patronage of St. Anthony of Padua, the college is committed to the cause of truth, progressive scholarship, and responsive citizenship.

What began as a modest educational institution has evolved into a comprehensive university offering undergraduate and graduate programs across diverse fields — serving thousands of students from across Region V and beyond.

With two campuses — the Main Campus on Tomas Cabiles Avenue in Tabaco City and the San Francisco Campus in Malilipot, Albay — TC continues to expand its reach while remaining firmly rooted in its founding values of faith, scholarship, and community service.
